So this year we released a new bottom metal conversion that would allow you to use CZ 527 magazines in 6.5 Grendel or 7.62x39 in your similar chambered Howa mini. The conversion is an excellent upgrade, the CZ magazines are slimmer and smaller and made of steel. They hold the same number of rounds (5) as the plastic factory magazine.

We are working on adapting this design to work with the 223, 222, 204 ruger, and 300 blk as well, the magazines are smaller so a slight redesign of the magwell is necessary for those calibers to work.

Things haven’t completely recovered from the covid shutdowns and unfortunately our flush floorplate-bottom metal production is still suspended.
